Best Buy sent this company to repair my dishwasher that was under an extended warranty. Worst company I've ever dealt with! From the moment the technician came in, he began sighing, saying that it was going to involve too much work to diagnose and repair, that it would take several trips and a very long time. Never will I use this company again, They came out to repair a leak in my refrigerator repair guys says no problem just need to order a part, took a 100 check. Company cashed it the repair guy comes on a week later and now says he can not do the work because he cant move the refrigerator. and just leaves and now Im out a 100 dollars no new part so for a 100 dollars I got to have a non English speaking repair guy in my house... Never again Will I use them ..rip off..
