I must begin my story with the true excellence of Stacey, the front desk manager. I had an appointment the following week but I was truly suffering an emergency and walked in begging for mercy. Six months ago, my husband saw another dermatologist on Lakehurst Road for a sore on the side of his nostril that would not heal. Unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting. The doctor was rude, avoided eye contact, and described what he claimed would be a “very big surgery,” which left us both frightened and uncomfortable. We walked out of the office and never returned. I recently visited Dr Foster’s office for a consultation and was so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire staff. It’s a pleasure to visit a business/practice that takes pride in a job well done.
I went to Dr. Fosters office for a laser treatment and I got treated by Stacy and Vanessa. They are both terrific and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and calm for the best experience possible. They’re honest and thorough in explaining every detail throughout the whole process. I’m thankful for such a great experience! 10 out of 10!
