The house I bought had one of their gas log sets. The fireplace was smelling strong in the house. I called them, and they came out in just a couple day's and straightened out the logs to burn without the oders. I am very pleased.
Walked in to no greeting and walked around as the only customer in the store for a few minutes until I had to approach a desk to get someone to help me.
