I would recommend for service and pricing, especially for commercial policies. Our rep Paul is very attentive to our needs. He is always available when needed, and his communication is exceptional. Staff in the office are very polite and the office is always clean and welcoming. Thank you for the great service.
I worked with an employee to try to change companies. After switching, I realized it was Terrible service and sheisty employees, especially a woman Karen. I would not trust this group. They will over charge you and give you wrong information. Luckily, I found an insurance company that has much better pricing and less of a headache. Do not use this company.
Highly reccommend. Jessica has been a terrific agent over the years for auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies.
