John did a survey for an addition on our house & staked it incorrectly. It was a nightmare - we had to take down poured concrete walls in the crawlspace & change the architectural plans for the house. Idk how your one job is to be a surveyor & you can’t do a survey correctly.
John Hill with this company has done two surveys for me in the past. The first, no complaints. The second he incorrectly placed landmarks on the survey that have caused a huge nightmare with the city. He will not respond to calls and will not fix the errors. Steer far away
If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was given 3 different times when they were supposed to show up and survey my property and it was a no call no show each time. Everytime they didn't show up I had to call the the next day for an explanation. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. It'd be different if they were less expensive than other surveyors, but they are just as expensive if not more. Poorly run business with even worse customer service.
