I appreciate the accepting and calm environment and Rhonda's been incredibly helpful with my concerns about posture, and in improving and managing chronic pain.
Rhonda Foster of Foster Osteopathy is a hidden gem! She is extremely attentive , and listens closely to your individual needs. She is very knowledgeable and recommended stretches and strengthening exercises that have helped me get back to normal. I will definitely recommend Rhonda moving forward!
