Such a fantastic family environment and a great friendly team of people
Foster Orthodontics is great to work with during the process of getting ready for my daughter’s braces and the entire time she had them, and now the follow-up. She enjoyed both Dr. Fosters and I enjoyed excellent communication, setting of expectations and the ease of working with their staff.
My experience is great with the exception of the time of the month when my payment is due. I have been treated with discrimination by one of the staff members by trying to make me pay on my balance at their convenience even going so far as to change my payment plan without approval. Each month I'm called with the same rudeness and lies and it's very aggravating and annoying and I'm sure none of the other wealthy customers had to put up with such unprofessionalism.
