Amazing place.
This is a review for the pharmacy. The pharmacists are on point, and the techs are great too. They've never messed up a prescription and almost always have my meds in stock. Prescriptions are high quality too. Excellent communication. Best of all, they fill the meds fast. I mean FAST. Did I mention they're fast? Impressively fast. Fast. I also appreciate the automated phone refill system. You just punch in the prescription number. No stressing, just a service that works as it should.
Our family has been using Swedish Covenant for almost 10 years. We are currently looking for a new provider as the scheduling system, pay department and overall staff have made it impossible to get any help. The scheduling operators have consistently been rude and unable to get us in to see our PCP, even though the doctor themselves have said they have time to see us.
