the guy that came out for a small condensation leak didn’t turn off the breaker. He was jerking and pulling on the unit saying this is supposed to pop up… after idk 10 min of this I said well maybe it has screws. Well it did of course, we asked several times if he wanted us to turn off breaker during this time. He poured bleach in the tray then left the entire housing hanging while he ran to his truck to get shop vac to vacuum out tray.
