It’s strange how quickly we hand over trust when we’re afraid of losing something. You drive hours, hoping someone on the other side has answers… only to realize they’re still searching themselves and not even a board certified exotic veterinarian. I’ve lived with parrots longer than most of these veterinarians have practiced. You learn their rhythms, their stress, their silence more than any classroom or doctors office can teach you. They've been able to stabilize my rabbit and rehydrate him when he's gone into early GI stasis even when they don't have rabbit specialists overnight, for which I will forever be grateful. But their pricing for Critical Care is $39 when it costs $11 at PetSmart 10m away in Northborough, 3-4x the price for the same product and size. Better to stock up on CC yourself and avoid emergency price gouging.

Dr Farmer and her team did a great job taking care of our bunny, who spent several days in intensive care here. The records department was also very helpful in getting us copies of our bunny's lab work.

They took x rays, which we had already had done, and charged us over a thousand dollars. Additionally, they tried to get us to schedule a 12k dollar total hip surgery for our 8 month old dog for "possible dysplasia" when the... read more

He championed through every complication and they were there to catch him and hold him with loving hands and hearts that care and that made all the difference. Dr. Mayorka, Dr. Sackett, Dr. Tolleson Future doctors and techs in ICU that provided gold glove after care. If I had a hat on I'd tip it your way with applaud. Y'all pulled off ... read more
