It is a terrible place to have our parent under their care. The front desk staff was sound extremely RUDE to visitors. Some of the care staff was ignorant. Any request for the patient never happened at first or second time… so we are end up to revisit the next day to ask the other care staff to take care of my dad on a particular thing. Cannot reach patient and advertised phone number only gives OGM saying please enter access code. TERRIBLE !!!
As a ex resident. I was treated terribly. Was forced to submit to drug screens at least once a week even though I passed multiple times. The current administrator was very rude and did not act in a professional manner. I left Foster over 3 months ago and they never discharged me because I left AMA-Against Medical Advise even though there was no reason for them to keep me in the facility. Because they never discharged me my insurance -Medicaid was charged for me bing there even though I was already gone over 3 months. I am in... read more
