I had a friend there, and they treat the resident terrible. Lazy workers and when you call they answer with a bad attitude. They ignore the patients there and the nurse crystal foster worse she treat the nurses bad . And the patient too😡 worse place ..
I was a CNA here and they treated me really badly. They let me go without a good reason. They keep the bad workers that treat the residents bad and they let go of the good workers that do no harm.
It is a terrible place to have our parent under their care. The front desk staff was sound extremely RUDE to visitors. Some of the care staff was ignorant. Any request for the patient never happened at first or second time… so we are end up to revisit the next day to ask the other care staff to take care of my dad on a particular thing. We are feel sorry for any resident who doesn’t have family relative visit, most of them couldn’t take care of themselves We would do what it takes to get my dad out of this place. Cannot reach patient and advertised phone number only gives OGM saying please enter access code. TERRIBLE !!!
