I do not review businesses often but I feel strongly that I have to alert the community about Foster Design Build. Bob Berg is not an honest person and not qualified to renovate homes or build new. I have spoken with multiple other "clients" of Bob and Foster Design Build and many have contemplated lawsuits. We hired FDB since they assured us they were experienced in renovating old homes. I dumped my last home builder and needed a new one ASAP. I came across Foster Design Build and feel so lucky that I did. They were an excellent company to work with in getting my new home construction finished. I feel like I have the nicest home in Winnetka now!

I contracted this company to build an extra unit in my home, and they did a good job. They utilized space well, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. I am able to fetch a good amount on Airbnb from this unit.

The entire Foster Design Build team is amazing. Wendy and her team did my home’s interior design and I am happy. They were keen on detail, and did not cut corners in the design work.

This company built my home and I love it. The design is beautiful, and they used quality materials. I believe I got value for my money.
