Foster Construction was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Brett was patient in explaining everything and even came back once or twice when I was concerned my house was moving more. The actual project went smoothly with the project manager keeping me updated and informed. There was one small glitch with a drain and they quickly came back the next day to fix it. I can’t say enough good things about them. I never felt pressured by them … like I did from another company I got an estimate from.
Foster Foundation Repair was very professional and their work was excellent. I had exterior foundation work done on the house and also had them demo and replaced my front entrance stairs. The work was very nicely done, and I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors.
The folks at Foster Foundation are top-notch! I noticed cracks in my walls and frantically called their number. Amber heard my concerns and handled my panic like a pro while scheduling a timely appointment. Brett arrived when expected, traveling an hour or more to reach my home. He conducted a thorough inspection then shared his assessment, explaining his findings in terms I could understand. He was a good listener, well-mannered, and took care not to track in mud. I used Foster Construction for a repair related to a small amount of water coming through a crawl space wall in addition to improving some supports to structural beams. All aspects of the process were fantastic!!!! I was very pleased with how professional and responsive Brett and Amber were from start to finish.
