Very professional and highly recommendable. I used Shawn to build my deck on our home and the product turned out beautiful. I'm currently using him to plan a home addition. Shawn was full of insight and ideas that made both projects simple and painless.
Quote did not include specific projects we spoke about and specifically pointed out. Costing me over $1500.00 in addition to his quote. We wanted all new carpet in the house and the quote was supposed to include all new carpet. Some how it didn't include steps and hallway upstairs after I had specially text and called asking if they were because the numbers were low for carpet and he said they were included! The customer signed the estimate and was very clear as to what it did and didn't include. The only comment the customer gave me was after the garage door opener was installed that the door had a problem. I told him that it was most likely the track was not greased which we did not install the door. We went over and above and allowed him to change products that costed more and absorbed costs because of those changes. The customer paid us and hadn't said a thing about not being happy until now.
