It's one thing to NOT return phone calls, but quite another to repeatedly promise to return them and then never actually do. They might warrant more than a zero rating if they did.
I had a horrible experience with this firm. My attorney in 3 years filled no paperwork/motions that she should have in a custody case; rather she let the defendants attorney file motions without properly addressing each motion. She will call you and the other attorney, but not file anything to your benefit, so she can run up exorbitant bills. I just want to say thank you so much to Cassandra. She really helped me when I was going through my divorce! As we know divorce is hard enough as it is and she really helped make it easier she helped explain everything to me to where I could understand. She really went above and beyond.
