It took 3 months for my windows to come in they came installed them. They put 2 windows in the wrong spot they missed the locking mechanism for one of the windows. When I got the 2 new windows in they were in for 3 weeks before they would come and install them. Is all this on a rental property I lost thousands
I called Foster Brook Glass as I have a window in my kitchen that I think, must have broken springs, or something. I can’t open it, it’s way too heavy, and just drops. The gentleman said he’d meet me at my house the following day. He came, he shook the window quite hard, I thought it was going to fall out, but it held. He said he had to order parts, and he’d be back in about 2 weeks to repair it. 2 weeks came and went, so I called them back, they said parts weren’t in yet. The guys came back to replace windows that factory gave them that were bad. So they came here and replaced them for nothing. I think factory that made the windows she pay for there labor. 2 guys that came were very nice and courteous. Thank you also to Bruce the owner who made this all happen. Very good company. Will never use Lowes and pella glass and doors 1 year later still haven't fixed my problem.
