Cancelled an appointment 49 days in advance and was charged $26.41 for a "Cancelled Appointment" fee. This was after they took several months to refund me for charging me too much on two prior appointments. They had informed me that my insurance wouldn't cover re-cementing a crown and then again for fluoride. Turns out my insurance covered both. Took from June to November to get a refund, and then I get charged for an advanced cancellation after I asked for my X-Rays to take to another dentist. Shameful practice.
