Mike is the best...his promptness, professionalism, and attention to address any problem and fix it quickly says a lot about his character and desire to make us feel satisfied with the end result, which is, complete the issue at hand...and neatly. I called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he was here Saturday morning. He arrived on the scheduled time to replaced my water heater. He's professional and courteous. He was recommended by a neighbor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your plumbing needs.
Prompt response, very professional
Just get my water heater replaced last night. Mike did a same day quote and installation even it's the dinner time. His charge is fair and reasonable. Swift work to get everything done perfectly within around 2 hours. Taught us how to do annual maintenance ourselves to the heater, also he's a honest person by recommending us not to spend money yet on a still good shower cartridge when i consulted to. A very kind person to deal with. Will for sure contact him again for our future plumbing service.
