HORRIBLE. Worst in the city. GATES NEVER WORK. No guard. $1600 year gets you nothing but harassment They apparently pay some girl who can’t afford to live here, minimum wage to drive around, sneak behind trees and take photos of the most minor infractions. They change the rules at will and expect homeowners to pay thousands of $ to comply with these sudden changes after 20 years. This is truly the worst HOA I have ever been part of. Who are these idiots?
Very poor service, unless you enjoy being passed around voice mail to voice mail without resolution of a bvery simple request.
