I have been a loyal client of this practice for many years and have always shown up for my appointments on time. Recently, I was informed of a new policy requiring a fee at the time of scheduling, which would be forfeited if an appointment is canceled. We have been going to Fossil Ridge Animal Hospital for about 2 years now and they are just amazing. The staff are all so friendly, and they actually care about your pets! The communication is top notch, they will often follow up after visits just to check in, and they are always so helpful! They are also very reasonably priced, and don’t try to sell you all kinds of stuff you don’t need. Dr. Jill and her team work so hard and I am so glad we found them!

The entire team here is incredible. From welcoming our brand new puppy to helping us process the passing of our sweet old cat, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, warm and always eager to help. Prices are fair and every cost is discussed and justified before any treatments are done. We cannot recommend them enough!
