Originally went in due to sensitivity with surface cavity’s and at the beginning everything seemed to be going fine, however it turned out to be an overall extremely costly and horrible experience, I made a huge mistake putting so much trust in Fossil Ranch Dental, one of the mistakes was not even thinking twice when i was scheduled for $7000 dollars MORE worth of work in crowns (for the very same ---SET OF TEETH--- that weeks before my insurance already PAID ---$2000-- to repair). ???What was i thinking??? Always friendly and do good job. They seem to care and you are not just another number running you through like Cattle unlike prior dentist
The most unprofessional dentist I've ever been to. The worst experience I've EVER had as a consumer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I can honestly say I've never been so personally insulted. Before I ever saw the Orthodontist, I had to wait for Christy to give me the cost. After waiting some time she came said my insurance would not cover any part of the procedure. After short exam gave me total due after required work done, $2963.00. Insurance payment $2360.00. Would not or could not tell me the work to be done. The lady Dentist would not talk she just left the building. Don't use these people.
DO NOT USE!!! HANDS DOWN the WORSE dental office I have ever been to. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and the entire experience was horrible. The staff was so unorganized and rude to us when we asked questions, and they messed up our insurance information and tried to blame me for it! We didn't even get to speak to the Dr. who performed the surgery, and the worst part of it.... When my daughter woke up from sedation she was told "if you don't stop crying, you can't see your mom"!!! I heard this myself! Ridiculous.... read more
This office is terrible! Please get a second opinion before giving all your money to this office. They create outrageous treatment plans for money. And please don't fall for the whitening for life. Trust me you're paying for it indirectly.
