Not only are Fossil watches cheap pieces of garbage, but the people who work in their stores are about the same.
They definitely have the type of employees that will ignore you and watch you if you look like you don't have money then approach anyone that comes in looking like they do. Missed sale by ignoring my hard working fiance.
They were fast and helpful. I needed 4 new batteries for my watches and they got it done quickly while I shopped at other stores. They gave me a courtesy call when my watches were ready for pickup.
