Fossil fitted a new boiler and TRV’s on all our radiators. From beginning to end the whole process was hassle free, very professional and the guys who did the work were friendly, efficient and hard working. I contacted Chris at Fossil Heating & arranged for a service for my ASHP. Callum Heating Engineer came to the house & performed the service & I was very happy with the professional & diligent way, that he carried out the service. A week later, I had an issue with the ASHP not running unfortunately. I again contacted Chris & he organised that same morning, for the guys to come out & look at the issue, which they rectified straight away. I highly recommend Chris, Callum, Ben & Sandra for their prompt service.
My boiler stopped working recently and rang Fossil heating through a recommendation from a neighbour, Chris came out straight away and ordered new parts and these were fitted a couple of days later. Excellent service from Chris and Callum, polite, professional and I would highly recommend.
