We visited Phil at fossil creations, it was a unique experience, and a very informative way to learn about the opal and fossils in and around the area. We purchased a nice set of opal earrings, and Phil was nice enough to waive the tour entry fees. Thanks for letting us get to know you Phil, you’re a local legend!
Phil, we might have a different understanding of science and the evolution of life on our planet but we really enjoyed your wonderful collection of rocks and fossils from Australia and the world. I’m offended that anyone would call it a ‘dusty collection’ - it was absolutely beautiful and certainly no dust in sight! STAY CLEAR OF PHIL AND HIS TRICKS. THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We had over an hour of our time taken up with Phil showing us his dusty rock collection in his home. We arrived not realising the business in in his lounge room until we had already entered ! We needed to get back to our camp but he kept us there until he was ready to end his stories about his rock collection. After the 'tour' he showed us some jewellery we could buy from him.
