Richard came out to our residence and did a wonderful job of servicing our fireplace. It looks amazing.

We purchased a very expensive hot tub from them seven years ago. Their hot tub repair is just ok at best. Richard is a very nice person but he is not a Jacuzzi tech. We were overcharged for repair service & he had to be reminded to order parts for us. It took weeks to get the part & it was incomplete. Not happy with their customer service at all. We would never purchase another product from them! JaNell Moody
