So far my experience with the surgery as a new patient has been with the receptionists. Let me tell you they have all been exceptionally AMAZING to say the least. I am actually looking forward to my first appointment rather than dreading it as compared to other surgeries I have been a patient at. I never had problems with the Gp other than the long waiting times over the phone. Yesterday I did call up to say that I need a doctor appointment as I was bitten by something on my leg and it looked red, warm to touch and swollen and that I was struggling to walk. The receptionist told me to visit pharmacy first and get some cream. Despite telling that it looked like a spreading cellulitis and that I am struggling with walking, she insisted I go to a pharmacy and get medicines.
