Excellent service, I get appointments on time and well treated. The guy at reception has excellent customer service.m skills.
Extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.. This is to put this surgery’s receptionists behaviour . They have called me and booked me an appointment for 14/12/24 for a blood test Hba1c level . When I was booked on 13/12 , I asked the level and asked why urgently? Is there any issue with previous result? They said no and said just need it . So I went there before time.
