Worst gp out there. My boyfriend called them to order his prescription because he was unable to do it on the app (lost count of how many times he’s made the request and was assured that it would be changed. Still have to call them when he needs a prescription) Today, he called them and the lady on the phone said she wasn’t able to process the prescription and he had to come in (didn’t mention the place is closed for training.) Absolutely ridiculous. They can’t do their job and provide people with the proper information.
Had a little wait before my partner was seen but my main reason for this review is the professionalism displayed by the doctor. My partner’s B12 was low and he looked at her test results and went through everything very thoroughly. Explained changes we could make and did so in a way we could understand. This is an excellent doctor rather than a dispenser telling you to take this or that x times a day. Best way to describe the experience was educational. 5 stars no problem 👍🏻

Extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.. This is to put this surgery’s receptionists behaviour . They have called me and booked me an appointment for 14/12/24 for a blood test Hba1c level . When I was booked on 13/12 , I asked the level and asked why urgently? Is there any issue with previous result? They said no and said just need it . So I went there before time.
