When I purchased my house Foss Termite had been used for the inspection. Little was found and basic work seemed fine. About 6-9 months later we found some signs of termites in our garage. Foss came out, under warranty and did an inspection within days and scheduled time to treat the affected area within a week. The technicians were early, friendly, professional, cleaned up and overall I was very pleased.

Excellent Service – Foss is the best termite company I have ever used - and I have used many over the past 40 years since moving to CA. The staff was very professional and so friendly. The work was performed on time and for the amount quoted - no hidden costs or surprises. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. Definitely the BEST termite company in the area!!

Very Reliable Company – I have used Foss Termite for the past 10 years. I have been very happy with their services. If a problem comes up - they are responsive & take care of it. I have found them to be the most reasonable company I have delt with. Termite work is overpriced for what they do. That is just how it is. I have had to deal with at least 50 different companies in the past 10 years of Real Estate Transactions - and Foss is my favorite to work with!

foss is no good Do Not Use Their Services – bad workmanship, bad communication, terrible customer service. Had them fumigate my home for termites and replace some damaged wood. Halfway through the process, the power was tripped due to their fan running overnight (which they were not aware of that their subcontractor did this), and was not informed of this.
