Had a trial class booked for 2 weeks and they called me 1,5h before that they don't do trial classes for 1 year olds but said I could join a baby class that starts in 40 minutes. Without any apologies, a rude approach to someone who tries to organize his time with a baby and cannot change things last minute. They care only about you subscribing, so they can get their money.

I love this swim school. My kids (2 and 4 in BB2 and L1) learned more in the first class than they did in the whole session through or rec center. The teachers are fantastic, the staff so helpful in finding the right class or helping with multiple kids, and the facilities are clean and have everything you need to manage post swim showers. We’ll be back for another session!

Instead, it was a mess from day one: Our first instructor showed up over 5 minutes late to a 30-minute class, then spent th... read more

My 4 year old daughter has Down syndrome and autism and is an eloper who LOVES water.. so teaching her to be safe and self sufficient in a pool is exceptionally important. I was VERY nervous, as my girl can be extremely resistant and apprehensive of new “routines” But Camari (I hope I spelled that correctly) the facility manager was so supportive and helpful. She addressed my concerns over the phone and helped me find a class that would work for my special girl, while I simultaneously do a group class with my 2 year old. I i... read more

When my child was in a class here (18mo) and struggling with the environment and crying during a lesson (we were 1/2 families in the class, literally just two children) one of your instructors asked us to leave and to be honest we never felt comfortable coming back. I am a SAHM so it’s just the two of us most of the time and having my parenting criticized in a new environment my child was struggling in was very difficult to contend with. I should have asked for a refund for her semester but I was so mortified I didn’t. I hop... read more
