Nale not only had extensive knowledge but also put in everything very fast. I will absolutely be back for any other audio upgrades.
I have been bringing all my vehicles to Foss for over a decade and everything has always worked out and I have been totally happy with the business.
Had a stereo installed elsewhere. Was told my head unit died, even though it was fairly new. (It wasn’t my CD player) Ended up going to Foss Audio in Puyallup. They were straight up on more than one occasion. Told me the issues from the previous installers in Tacoma on South Tacoma Way… Give CJ and Brad a chance and have it done right. They’ve earned my trust. Will definitely be back if I need anything else in the future.
Stopped by earlier to inquire about my defective aftermarket alarm the dealership installed on my Toyota thats always been erratic. Brad gave me my options, was able to remove the system right away, he was extremely efficient and offered a fair, affordable price and offered exceptional knowledgeable advice - he knows his stuff. My experience could not have been better, thanks for the efficient and really helpful assistance on a day this alarm really needed attention, I'll be back in the future.
I had a terrible time with the window tinting. I made sure to ask beforehand if there were any extra charges, and they said no. But when I went to get my car, they wanted an extra $23, and they couldn't even tell me why!
