They refuse to pay subcontractors even after 60days past AIA acceptance. As a company their communication is the absolute worst. They claim safety first. But that ends the second a deadline is involved. Best advice is to find a different contractor.
Everyone at Fosler is fantastic. Nothing but a great experience all around.
Hard dedicating workers.The Fosler group is later like family. If something was not quite right they go out of the way to make it right even to the point of grilling out burgers.A+ in my book.
