Have been doing business with them over 6 years and have made several purchases / had services done. They have treated me very well and been very honest. Will continue to do business for years to come.
Worst customer service we have ever experienced.They picked up our $30,000 tractor(we purchased from them)for an oil change. They said the would come on Wed. Never showed up or called. Picked it up on Thursday.They said they would bring it back the next day. Never heard from them for a week. We had to contact them. Also ordered a thumb which we paid for at time of order. Never heard from them for two months. Went in to get our money back. No matter how busy they are a quick phone call would be nice.
