Logan was very easy to deal with. All of the staff were very friendly.
After reviewing the postings for this dealership I thought I would be doing business with a company that I could build a relationship with. I was proven wrong. I could not even get a ballpark estimate on the repairs I had asked to be performed. Once I paid $400 to have my tractor towed to the shop, a diagnostic was done (something I did not request) but was OK with it being done until I was charged nearly $600 for it.
