Failure to execute - Horrible customer service! Against my better judgment- I hired FOS for a second event in spite of the fact that they tried to charge me for missing items that clearly were the result of them losing a box the first time I used them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt-thinking it was a random error. This time they failed to send a key item I had selected for my design. Really unprofessional-not to mention everything was paid for in advance. Will not make this mistake again.
Sophia at FOS Decor was so easy to work with! I changed most of the colours of our wedding just one month prior and she didn't bat an eye. Everything looked amazing the day of and the backdrop was more beautiful than the picture I showed them. I highly recommend them :)
