the front office is beyond incompetent and rude
Worst customer service skills imagineable
Possibly the worse service I have ever received. The front office desk personnel needs to be replaced. They are efficient as a wet sock and cannot be trusted with a simple dump and return.They scheduled my DRT not once but 4 times incorrectly and then caught an attitude when i called.
Great service
Lilian has been great to work with! Always helpful and great attitude even when we come across difficult situations
