I really thought initially that I'd give a great review, but the customer service changed that. I went in with my 2017 civic to get the crappy factory radio upgraded along with speakers all around, to the tune of over $1200.. and so they kept the car for a day and was supposed to be ready the following day, cause I had to work, but they didn't finish and I had to make another appointment to have the rear speakers installed a week later.
