One month ago I saw Dr Beata Kusnierz she took care of me. I was very pleased with the staff ,friendly and very helpful ,20 minutes to get into see the doctor. She was very professional and cared about me. She went extra mile to call my house to make sure I was OK. Thank you Doctor Kusnierz I will be referring my family to you .

Everything went downhill after Dr.Birn-Forys left. The staff are forgetful, irresponsible, and lazy. I went to my appointment to get my vaccines done. 2 hours in the waiting room, 1 hour in the doctors room, and a doctor comes in to say they don’t have the vaccine I need. I have been going here for 10 years and have never had this problem. When we made my next appointment, I asked if they could transfer the vaccines to this location, and they said yes. When making an appointment expect to wait at least 2 hours untill they see you

this is 2nd time in a row I've had poor experience at this office. Last time the receptionist forgot about me after checking me in. after an hour of waiting I asked when my turn will come and was told I missed my time. This year I've waited 1hr in the waiting area before being seated in a room and then another 1hr in the room without any information what will happen next.
