Wow! Had the gouda pimento cheese and the cultured butter on freshly toasted sourdough today its amazinggg!! Husband loves the 2 year aged gouda! And our daughter loves the parmesan. I like soft cheeses, so I got the gouda, but im really excited to try the bacon gouda. we haven't opened it up yet, saving it for when I make burgers.

Stopped by with my family today while making an upstate agricultural corridor trip and made the stop at Forx Farm. So glad we did. It was a great experience and the owner took time to show us how the cheese was made and aged. Purchased the smoked Gouda…. It is fantastic!!! Definitely will be back for more. Thank you for a great experience!

I have yet to visit the farm, but was VERY excited to see your Komijn Kaas(cumin cheese) at Skyland Farms in Greer. We always had this cheese after school as a snack and it is my FAVORITE. I couldn't find it anywhere in South Carolina after moving here from California. It is creamy and is perfection, just like the Dutch make it! Thank you!
