Several times in the past year and a half my wife had made appointments. 3 times the appointments were cancelled and for some reason they failed to let her know. She took off work drove to the office only to find out it was cancelled. This morning when she arrived she was told the appointment was cancelled. She asked why nobody called her? She was told "no one wants to work here anymore" "we can try rescheduling". This place has gone down hill for the past 3 years. Time to find a new provider.
She was the best damn tooth cleaner I ever had. And put it this way, her head is on very straight, and she has awesome common sense on top of everything else. Fantastic experience having my teeth cleaned.
Was informed 12 hours before appointment that no doctor was available and had to schedule somewhere else! And now that’s going to be 4 1/2 months later. What a joke
The person at the front desk was very rude
Prompt did not have to wait. Thorough cleaning and good explanation. Friendly and efficient.
