I have been trying to get into contact with their office after my initial therapist let me know he was resigning and that a new therapist would be assigned. I never heard back. Not only that, but I attempted to call multiple times, and I was unable to get anyone to schedule appointments or even the billing department- I was only getting voicemail.

Therpist never showed up for appointment. When I called, I was told they would call me to set up another appointment, never got a call.

Can't believe this is the state of mental healthcare. Ive only had one session and I'm already trying to find an alternative. First session was fine. It's the lack of communication and their "system" not working that just rubs e the wrong way. I have missed my last 2 sessions due to error on their end.

I have been trying to call them over the last 3 months to schedule. They never answer the phone, they never emailed me back, nothing. I hope the service gets better because you now have one less patient.

I started seeing Michelle Bussell weekly in June as a new client. The first two sessions were okay. The third session, Michelle was a no call no show. After waiting 15 minutes on the video, I contacted the office and was informed that Michelle called out sick. The person I spoke to apologized and stated Michelle informed them had contacted all of her clients. I didn’t receive any correspondence from Michelle.
