My insurance set up a medical ride for me with Forward Transportation. Not only did they not answer their phone, they also didn't show up. I called my insurance, who called them, and they claimed they came (they didn't, I was sitting on my porch starting 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive) and they said they called (they didn't, no missed calls, no voicemails) and they didn't pick up when *I* called to see where they were.
