They do NOT care about their customers. They care about your money and nothing more. Facility is run down, maintenance never there. Price hikes EVERY FEW MONTHS. You think signing a lease would help but in the agreement they hide they can raise it in you. Wack management style who only wants what’s best for them. Stay far away- go anywhere else.
After change of management place has gone downhill. Constant price increases every 4-6 months. When you call it is some call center in India. Price might look good up front you’ll pay for it in the end.
They will tow your property without contacting you or reading the agreement that was made by you and the facility. I wouldn’t park here if it was free
