This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into. Eric was patient while I decided and answered all my questions fully. A very nice experience. Thank You!!
Their service is HORRIBLE. They have a main gate that works only half the time, and they never have someone repair it. They are an Indian call center, so no one local. And with that, no one EVER answers the phone. The soonest they'll reach back out is like 9am, which for me, I go to work at 6 am with the truck I have parked there. So there is some morning I'm 3 hours+ late cause they are too lazy to actually fix the gate. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO YOUR VEHICLE!!!
