The storage units are nice. Multiple sizes to choose from with pricing about the same as others. Lot is maintained and well kept. My reason for the five stars is not because I think the units are amazing but because of the units I had to deal with the main office not located in New Bern. Very pleased that I wasnt put through an awful automated system. More pleased that Eric answered my call. I had a billing issue/concern in regards to my unit that I was expecting to be grueling.
