John’s attention to detail was incredible, and his communication throughout the entire process was unparalleled. He managed to contain all the damage to a small area and left the space remarkably clean when he was done. While the initial situation was unfortunate, we are overjoyed with the services provided by John and Forward Restoration. We highly recommend them!
