We had a washing machine drain hose pop out and dump a tub of water on the floor and down into the crawl space. I called Forward Restoration the next day to make sure there wasn’t any further damage after we started drying. Josh gave me some recommendations after taking sensor readings, which we did promptly and also gave us peace of mind. I will absolutely call Forward Restoration first for a DR situation.
