Excellent company! We were out of the country and ended up with a flood in the basement. The cause was a mystery until Jonathan used his skills to determine heavy rains seeped through the foundation soaking the carpets & drywall. Very professional work. Within the week we were dry. Repairs are needed to be done on the sheetrock and carpet padding needs replacing, but it could have been much worse. Jonathan knows his stuff and saved our carpet! Forward Restoration was amazing to work with when we found a leak that caused damage to our house. They responded quickly, and John arrived the very same day. John’s attention to detail was incredible, and his communication throughout the entire process was unparalleled. He managed to contain all the damage to a small area and left the space remarkably clean when he was done.
