I recently employed Emma to perform an ASD diagnosis for my daughter. Whilst Emma was lovely to deal with in person and interacted well with my daughter, my 2 star rating is based on the customer service and follow up. 1. I had to chase 5 times to get the report and only 1 of those 5 chases was responded to and no acknowledgement was made, apologies given or explanation as to why I had to chase 5 times to get the report. 2.
