They sold me a helmet as "NEW" they had a manufacture date of over five years ago then when I returned it they charged me an additional $47 for shipping even though the helmet was only 40 so now they have the helmet in unused condition from me and an additional $47 of my money. Pretty sure the DOT recommends replacing helmet after five years because the plastics and materials in state it start to break down.
