Matt is amazing with all his patients that come in/out he always calls me by name. He knows my kids and always smiles. He is so kind hearted.
I have been going to Forward Pharmacy for years previously McFarland and then Monona. Now that the Monona one is closed temporarily I have been getting my medication from Cottage Grove. The other day I had my boyfriend pick up my medicine and they made it seem like an inconvenience that they had to find my medicine because I am typically a Mononq patient. Since Monona Forward Pharmacy is being rebuilt, I've been coming here. Eric and staff have always taken care of me. I don't mind driving to this location for the time being as they are always on point too. I have many prescriptions and they handle the list better than my last pharmacy by far!
Great small town pharmacy.
