I was seeing Dr. Sam for tendinitis of the glute.He is an excellent care provider; I was pain free and back to the gym within 3 weeks, thanks to the exercises he gave me along with 2 dry needling sessions.
Dr Ashley Woyak, Dr. Sam Blum, and the Forward Medicine team have become a terrific part of my wellness! Dr Ashley is very knowledgeable and straightforward about how different services can help along with noting limitations. I particularly have benefited from dry needling. Dr. Sam notably helped with my migraines through a PT plan. Forward Medicine is a great component of my overall healthcare.
