Honest Professional Mechanics. Honest Professional customer service. I had a bearing replaced and 30 days later had issues again. I thought it was the other front bearing that went bad. When I got the call from Forward Motors that the bearing was fixed, the balance owed was $0. I thought I was getting catfished so I called. Customer service told me that the bearing they replaced went bad and the bearing and labor was covered. They could of ripped me off but they were honest Professionals. Thanks Forward Motors.
