We had the opportunity to work out at this gym when visiting Sask. I was so impressed with this small town gym. It had more (and better) equipment than most of the gyms I’ve been to in Kelowna, and a great sound system. Clean, easy to access and good area of town too. Herbert is lucky to have such an awesome space!
I am a Personal Trainer and had the privilege of training clients out of Forward Motion . It’s clean , well looked after , quality equipment and they are continually improving . Membership prices are reasonable. It’s a great asset to the community of Herbert !
